An extremely flowery John Miller?

They do indeed look similar, but the first letter of the first name is rather different, for some reason...

I was wondering if it could be John Milsom.  I can't find a painter on the internet by that name, but that doesn't mean anything really.  Any idea of the age of the paintings?

With a bit of ingenuity I could make it out to be something like Irwin McIntosh, but I don't know if that helps at all...
