Cadwaladr Hughes, c1784, Aberdaron.

Has anybody come across (or can find!) a Marriage for Cadwaladr Hughes. Probably around Aberdaron/Bryncroes area, c 1801-1815. Married an Eleanor or Ellin.

(Have him in 1841 and 1851, by the way)

Aberdaron Baptisms
28/10/1782  Cadwalader, son of Hugh and Lowry Roberts Caedu,
Worth considering, could be a case of the dreaded patronyms.

Tried a marriage for Cadwaladr Roberts (just in case  :P) - no joy.

(North West Wales is not my favorite area for doing Genealogy) ::) ::)

I have a James jones who married an Elin/ellen Cadwallader  1840 ish
might be connected

I don't know if this narrows things down.
Aberdaron 1806  Cadwalader Hughes, joiner, had an illegitimate child Lowry by Mary Roberts.
Aberdaron 1810 Cadwaladr and Ellin Hughes of Llidiard had a son Rowland.

Thomas - Abererch/Porthmadog
Evans - Llangelynin/Llanaelhaern
Jones - Pwllheli/Abererch
Brammer - Lincolnshire/Nottinghamshire

He was recorded as a joiner/carpenter in 1841 and 1851.

Anybody know where Llidiard is/was in the Aberdaron/Bryncroes area?
