Welsh choir
« on: Wednesday 09 May 18 00:11 BST (UK) »
It’s a photo from an old news article so not great quality I’m afraid.
A Welsh choir in Blaenau Ffestiniog, photo taken by Moelwyn high school.
I’m hoping someone may have an idea when it was taken. Can anyone possible put a date to the photo please?

1920s, I think, but not sure what part.
Your request is actually posted to the Tips and Tutorials board. If you ask a moderator to move it to the  main Photo board you should get bigger and more expert responses.

I agree too - 1920s.  There are a couple of nice cloche hats there!  According to Wiki, they were popular 1922 - 1933 which means,  I assume,  that the photo isn't earlier than 1922.

You have better eyesight than me GS...I can only see one and it appears to have a brim which had disappeared by the early 1930s
