An address in Wellington

 I've been trying to check on an address given me as a possible link to a distant cousin. But a Google search is fruitless.
Akaten Road, Kuro Kuro, Wellington, New Zealand.
Is it familiar to anyone, or am I way off the mark?

That is a definite possibility. Just one letter changed. Now, what about Kuro Kuro. Does that exist?

I'll have a result for you very shortly - (I believe the suburb is likely to be "Korokoro" which is part of the Lower Hutt area neighbouring Wellington.)

Edited to add  - oops, I inadvertently put "street" instead of road into search engine above. 
But just to clarify > Akatea Road is in Korokoro (Lower Hutt) and this is the one you want.
[To confuse things, Wellington city has Akatea Street - NOT the one you want.  ]

The address originally came from a scrap of paper in the passport of my father - in - law, now deceased. and we feel it was probably that of a cousin. Age and marital status unknown.
If it helps the name was Sylvia Williams. We do know that an Irish cousin emigrated to New Zealand either before or after her marriage, and name change to Saunders /Sanders. Sylvia might be her daughter (?)
