20th Sun - Bubbles goes to Shanklyn.  Went and had a look at Petticoat Lane.

21st Mon - Lunch with Jackie.  Maurice came in evening.

22nd Tues - Lunch with Jack.

23rd Wed - blank

24th Thurs - Lunch with B.D. and Wardie.

25th Fri - Going to Wigs in evening.

26th Sat - blank

It looks as if Maurice and Phil are back. Maybe, then, the M on the 1st December was Maurice.

Thank you for sharing this LS and thank you GS and RT for all your hard work transcribing it, I really enjoyed reading it. What a pity that the diaries didn't go on into war time, that would have been a real insight into life in London!

I have so enjoyed transcribing the diaries with RT; thanks for posting them LS, its been utterly fascinating.  I really felt involved with the story, particularly as we know the historical background, and what her generation would be facing shortly after the second diary ends.
