Description Properties described as follows
A) Messuage formerly two tenements with two adjoining gardens, and another garden where a dovehouse formerly stood, all lying on the east side of Shulworth Street and now (1659) occupied by Richard Ransted
B) Piece of waste ground outside the messuage and great garden of Richard Ransted in Shulworth Street and adjoining to the Upper Brooks, measuring 60' by 3'. By 1690 a skilling had been built here.
From 1690 properties A and B were demised together and described as formerly held by Ransteed, then Jonathan Waldron, decd, father of William Waldron (1717) then William Waldron (1717) then Thomas Waldron, then (1781) his executors.
C) Piece of garden ground in Felter Street int he parish of St Mary Kalendar int he parish of St Mary Kalendar on the south-east part of a garden held by William Waldron. Measurements are given (1717) - they refer to a malthouse belonging to Robert Spearing. The property was bounded by

The property was part of a garden lately (1717) demised to Robert Taylor, glasier, and sold by him to Edward Butler, carpenter, who sold it to William Waldron. A wall dvided it from Edward Butler's garden. For another part of this garden, see W/F3/264.
