Augusta 'Suffy' Williams - can this image be improved?

This is an image of my cousin 'Suffy' Williams who I have just discovered was an active suffragette. Can anyone improve this image so that I can see her face a little clearer. I'm not expecting miracles but you guys never cease to amaze me with what you can achieve - here's hoping  ;)

Unfortunately it is a bit fuzzy about the face, but here are a couple of versions from me. I used to have a sit up and beg bike like that.

These are both amazing Pat - you can definitely see more of her face now & the lovely colours you have used really transform the image. Riding a bike with that length of skirt must have a been a skill in itself  :o
