Davies/Hughes Marriage Liverpool 1834.

Hi all,

I am helping a friend with their family history & have a slight problem.

Familysearch have the following marriage recorded here: https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:NKVM-4BH

Walter Davies married Mary Jane Hughes on 13th Oct 1834 at St Luke, Liverpool, Lancashire.

Lancs Parish Clerk have the marriages for St Luke's Liverpool starting from 1837. Ancestry do have the records for St Luke's Liverpool but the marriage appears not to be there! The dates in the register seem to jump from the 5th or 8th of Oct 1834 to the 21st Oct 1834.

Am I missing something, or is it a completely different church?

Could someone help in finding the marriage as an original image or at the very least all the details of the marriage?
