The GenUKI page for Hodnet has links for transcriptions of Parish Registers for Hodnet and Weston Under Red Castle.

http://www.genuki.org.uk/big/eng/SAL/Hodnet
Look under Church Records.

There appear to be burials at both places.
Weston Under Red Castle was a chapel-of-ease to Hodnet Parish
