The certificate is not yet online but there's a death which might be worth investigating-
Rebecca Morrow, 14 Dec.1869, age 67, Irvinestown district
https://geni.nidirect.gov.uk/

According to Will Calendar she was a widow who lived at Tullycherry but died at Brookhill.

Away sorting out DNA matches... I may be gone for some time many years!

George MORROW had an older brother Henry who also emigrated.  Their death registrations in Victoria (surnames are mistranscribed for Henry):

Event registration number 7378
Registration year 1918
MORROW, Geo
Father's name: Geo MORROW
Mother's name: Rebecca FUNSTON
Place of death: Ballt E
Age 84

Registration number 10636
Registration year 1882
MORRON, Henry
Father's name: George
Mother's name: Rebecca TUSTON
Place of death:  BALLARAT E
Age 53
Spouse's family name: CLARKE
Spouse's given names: Mary Letitia

I think that one of the pallbearers at George's funeral was Henry's son William Clarke MORROW who also lived in Ballarat.

Henry arrived into NSW in 1851 on the Earl Grey.  He was aged 21, an Ag. Lab., native place Belleek, County Fermanagh, parents George and Rebecca living in Belleek, Church of England, could read and write, uncle Richard MORROW living in Sydney.

To continue the extended family, Richard may have arrived in 1842 on the Sarah Botsford with his wife Elizabeth and their children.  He was aged 38/39 an Ag. Lab., native of 'Cash', Fermanagh, parents Henry and Anne, deceased.  Richard's wife's native place is written as Cash Kesh, so I presume they were both from Kesh.

You can see a transcription of his entitlement certificate here:

https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:S3HY-DBY3-55D

His nieces Charlotte and Alice:

https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:S3HY-DBYQ-HRX

Also onboard were his nephews, Henry, Robert and Christopher

https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:S3HY-DBYQ-J7D

I cannot see Henry's card on FamilySearch but he was aged 20 with the same family details as Robert and Christopher.

I also can't see their mother Magdalene who is supposed to be onboard.

Bearing in mind that the maiden surname of Richard's wife is also MORROW, so your George and Henry could be the blood nephews of either of them.

George Morrow married a Mary Ann OATES
I have 1871 when they married I have no idea where.

The date and place of marriage should be on any of the children's Victorian birth certificates and historical images can be purchased online and downloaded via the Victorian Regstry's website.  If those certificates state that they were married in Victoria in 1871 then this is possibly their marriage:

Registration number: 1523
Registration year: 1871
MORROW, George
HOLMAN, Mary Ann

Given their ages in 1871 it is quite likely that one or both of them had been previously married.

Mary Ann OATES she was born in Kea, Cornwell, England 1839
