Great Grandfather James Mason pic colourisation

The attached pic is from a passport dated 1928.  I would really appreciate it if someone could colourise it for me please.  I suspect that his suit is grey and his tie blue.  His eyes would be blue and his hair fair or reddish fair, I think.
