Message when using the 'SEARCH' option?
« on: Tuesday 22 May 18 02:45 BST (UK) »
Hi Folks,

Just wondering if anyone else receives this message as I do frequently?

I also get the same message when clicking on 'New Replies'!

"An Error Has Occurred!
The server is currently under high stress. Please try again shortly."

I would like to know why, what the possible reasons are if anyone knows as it's very frustrating  ;)

I'm using Vista & either Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome (if it helps)  ???

 :)  Hi there Annie,

I think similar message can be displayed daily, at about 11:15am sometimes 11:30am ish, New South Wales Eastern Standard Time.  (so no daylight savings).   I think that would be about 2:15am of that same day, in London, England.

I think that's perhaps likely to be around the time the RChat servers may get a daily re-boot.  Perhaps that's a quiet time for the servers to do their important tasks.

Here's two threads that may shed some light.

Hi Annie,

We do our back ups around this time of the day as it is the quietest time period for us :)
