Free mason members in Chicago Illinois

I know my father was a Freemason in Chicago Illinois but I've had no luck finding any information pertaining to that can anyone help me with a starting point or any advice please

You might have some luck contacting lodges directly.  I g00gled Chicago freemasonry lodge and found the following links:

There are others, but these are a starting point.  (I don't know what avenues you have already explored).  It's probably best to contact them individually, giving your father's name, his address (if known) and the year range he would be likely to have been a member.
