Think that mother Elizabeth must have died - Sept.qtr.1840 Nantwich - so family maybe fragmented on 1841 census as I can't find them together.

On 20/2/1844 at Audlem, Cheshire James Warburton, widower of Nantwich, married Sarah Deighton, spinster.    He is shown as a plaisterer (as on earlier baptisms) and his father Thomas Warburton, plaisterer.

On 1851 Census at Nantwich he and Sarah have had 3 children (none of his earlier ones with him) and he is shown as 43 born Broxton, Cheshire (his wife Sarah 28).
