Thanks Sandra, that's exactly what I needed  although I do have the English probate calendar entries.

Thanks to your assistance and that of others (particularly Sylvia) I am now at last making good progress with my SA ancestors .  I have to say that often the logic of the way that Family Search arranges its Estate Files escapes me!
