  I sent the file again  and  it still was blocked. I looked at my BT mailbox and it was there with no issues at all. Opened it and all is fine.
Very interesting contents.

Just for info... you can save the file locally then use an online service to take the risk and open it for you, for example: https://www.mdbopener.com/ (unless you think the file contains sensitive info and you don't want to expose it of course).
