Daisy May Crewe

Morning All,

I'm looking for info on a Daisy May Crewe's parents,  my husbands grandmother. She was borne around 1885 and Married a David John Thomas in 1915 in Newport Monmouthshire.

I can find a single Daisy May in the records but not sure she is the correct one. I have found evidence of the marriage into the Thomas family but can't tie it to the Daisy May I seen in other trees and can't find any info on her parents to tie it in. Looks like I may have to send for Marriage Certificate.

I will see what I can find but as Daisy married age 30 could she have been a widow?

When/where was their 1st child born. Name please.

If you think she is the one born Warfield, Berkshire in 1892, 1901 Census she is under ;
Darsg May Crew    age 8

The  1939 Register gives a birth year of 1892 which looks like it ties in reasonably with Trish's find

Thanks for that. I don't know about the first child born but she had a son David Harold Llewellyn  born 13 Aug 1919.

Her Mother was Alice Estella Green.

Alice is with Frederick William WELLS in 1891 Census, 1 Son with them Ernest Alfred Wells age 2

1901 we have;
Henry Crew, 44
Alice Editha Crew, 37
Ernest Alfred Wills, 12
Darsg May Crew, 8
+ a lot more children
