        seeking info. regarding records of the inhabitants of the above.in the late 1780s early1790s.My 3rd Gt. Grandfather was born there in 1788 trying to trace his parents.

Have you found a baptism for him? Who was named as his parents on it, if so.
If not - what is the source of this address as his birthplace, and the year of birth?
If you want us to help look, we will need his name! And any other info you have already.
