Runcorn Looking for 2 names Lowes Court, and Cooper St

I can not find any reference to them at all but have a birth certificate for 13 Lowes court would be grateful for help

Perhaps if you gave us the name, we might be able to help.  Furnishing just an address can be frustrating for everyone concerned, and lead to a non-result.
