As he's liklely to around the same age as the other 2 names, and presumably in the same geographical area

If we go with a Yorkshire connection, GRO has:
FOSTER William Dunn, Mar qtr 1865 Selby vol 9c p604 mmn DUNN
FOSTER Arthur Moss, Jun qtr 1866 Selby vol9c p610 mmn DUNN
and:
DEANS John William, Dec qtr 1860 Leeds vol 9b p337 mmn STUBBS
or possibly:
DEANS John William, Dec qtr 1842 Leeds vol 23 p310 mmn PERKINS

Related to the 1860 birth, there is a marriage on FreeBMD:
Mar qtr 1854 Leeds vol 9b p330 - on same page - DEANS William, STUBBS Mary Ann (and 2 others)

Next stop the 1861 and 1871 censuses.  A-hunting we will go!

Philip
