Where is William SHELTON in the 1861 census?

William, eldest son of Joseph SHELTON & Sarah THOMPSON was born around 1839 at Asfordby according to the 1841 & 1851 census. To date I have been spectacularly unsuccessful in locating his baptism.

I am unable to locate him in the 1861 census and hoping for some assistance.

He is not with his parents at Eaton and I was unable to locate an appropriate burial.
