Gerard Healy

Gerard Healy son of George married my mothers sister Kathleen O'Neill 1938
https://civilrecords.irishgenealogy.ie/churchrecords/images/marriage_returns/marriages_1938/08875/5209531.pdf

I am trying to figure out how old he was .
As a child my parents took me and my brother off to Canada 1953 we returned circa 1956
and remember we stayed in Bermingham for a short while with the Healy's before returning to Dublin.
So i cant look for a death here in Ireland for the Healy's

Kathleens parents were married 1911 she was older than my mother who was born 1923

i was hoping it was this child born 1909 as Gerald

parents 1901 a few days before their marriage

Did they move to Birmingham straight after getting married?
I was just thinking would they be in the 1939 Register.

Other wise it looks good, there aren't that many George Healy's in Dublin over the years and how many of them would have had a son Gerald, but you can never be 100% sure with these cases.

Hi,
This is not much help yet but Electoral Registers show Gerard and Kathleen Healy living in Small Heath in 1950s.

Thanks Sinann and Heywood

I dont know when they left for Bermingham but suspect mid 40s as Family Search shows 2 births Dublin North for possible children 1939 1944 Healy/O'Neill

also looking at the deaths and marriages here in Ireland there appears to be no other Gerard Healy with a father George
