You really need to see the original baptism records of William and other children in case it mentions that Hannah was a single woman.

Other children to just 'HAnnah Hill' all baptised at Credenhill.
Sarah 1797; Elizabeth 1799: Timothy 1801; James 1804.
As rosie says, it would really pay you to look at the original parish register. There may be something there that would give further clues. The film on familysearch is number 1040009, but is it not yet viewable online, even at a fm library - they promise to have all films digitised by 2020, so we shall see!

After the marriage of Hannah Hill to William Smyth 25.4. 1814 at Credenhill, there is a Hannah Smith in the 1851 census at Credenhill, other person in the residence, Thomas Hill. He was born 1841. In 1841, a Thomas Hill was baptised at Bridstow to James Hill and Emily. I suspect this James is Hannah's son born 1804, and the Thomas is her grandson. Again, you would need to check the original census entry.

So I checked the 1851 Census.

Hannah Smith is living in the household of Timothy Hill, wife and children. She is his mother, a widow, aged 80 , born Credenhill.
Timothy is 41, born Credenhill, an ag lab. It is his son Thomas, aged 10.
Timothy Hill married in 1846, but only on the indexes. HIs marriage certificate SHOULD give a father's name if you're lucky, but again may be left blank.
Have you got a marriage certificate for your William? What does it say for father?

So this looks like the correct Hannah born 1771 at Credenhill. Mother Mary. Again no father. Oh dear!
