Royal Horse Brigade Fix

Hi All

I have been asked to fix this photo, but my PC has been updated and will not run the software i use.. So could anyone see if you can fix it for me please he is father of a friend. (note he is holding his helmet under his arm. )

Here's my offering. Took a little liberty with the background, but I felt it made the image pop more. Left the image a little "dirty" as removing it seemed to remove some perspective &  texture of the image.

I just like to do photo restores.

Hi All

I posted this photo a week or so ago, i have done a repair on it myself too but can someone please replace the background with a better image, I cant find my original post to do a comparison.
