Translate a paragraph of printed Latin please

Can someone translate this please - I've can make sense of some of it but a proper translation would help greatly :D

The jurors (12 names) state ... that on Monday next after the Feast of Pentecost in the thirteenth year of the reign of King Henry IV after the Conquest [= 23 May 1412], at Coventry(?), William Falk did feloniously break into the house of Alice Falk and there did feloniously steal 12 pounds of wool and other goods of this Alice, to the value of 13 shillings and 4 pence.
(in the margin – Felony)

At the top, 127 will be the item number. The abbreviations in brackets m. 4d. vijd. probably refer to the outcome (perhaps a fine of 7 pence?), but that’s no more than a guess without seeing the volume’s preliminary pages.
