The survey popped up on the bottom of mine (I'm using an iPad). I don't think they'll like my response either. I told them to spend time sorting out problems rather than pratting about with things which already work.

Guess what! It's appeared for me now. I just tried to open the FindMyPast page and got an error message, then the Dashboard popped up.

I sent FindMyPast a message about it. Their reply:
We are currently carrying out some tests onsite in relation to the Dashboard, and we do appreciate your feedback. At the moment there is no option to turn this off however if you wish to go onto the old homepage you can do this using the link below.
https://www.findmypast.co.uk/home
I will pass this on as feedback as well.

The survey that came up for me was just a choice of boxes, the last of which was “very poor”. I was then asked for my reasons for my choice.

I was on my laptop.

Perhaps their "tests" (I have pointed out to them that testing is something done before implementation, not by inflicting useless features on paying customers) is only aimed at an unlucky sub-set.
I wonder (given the first box on the Dashboard) whether they are targeting those of us who do not store our data with them.

Maybe it's that I only have the UK sub.
Whatever is the case, it's taking longer than normal to get in at the moment (unless one includes /home in the URL) but the Dashboard no longer appears for me.
