I know it's not a lot of help but Frances Carter (Benjamin's wife) was buried on March 15 1852,and Benjamin names his wife as Mary in his will dated 21 June 1853.

That leaves a very narrow window of time in which he could have remarried. What's the date on the marriage cert you've got, Xinia?
