Hi,

Having another look I don't now think that 44 and 48 Denison were the same place, not that it matters too much in the context of the what we are looking for.

I wonder if 48 Denison Street Woollahra and 48 Denison Street Waverley the same address, the suburbs run into each other because Trove has a few other names popping up for the Waverley address around the 1900 era.

Hi
If you are trying to find an actual grave in Waverley Cemetery you can email them - cemetery@waverley.nsw.gov.au  giving name and date of burial or death and they will let you know where the grave is in the cemetery.
I though I was the first in my family to come to Australia but then found I have three in-laws of a second cousin three times removed were buried at Waverley and two more in Queensland - a tenuous connection but surprising.
I later found a convict but that is another story.

And many people do ;)

I also have a CD of Waverley and South Head General Cemeteries transcriptions up to 2002 however possibly due to it's age, won't load for me today.  I'll contact SAG to see if they are aware of any problems.

Reloaded it...nothing for your Mary Ann CRISP just two CRISP MI's in the 1960's.

SAG have a Technical Help page on their website.

Hi MAJM,
Thanks again.  Will write to NSW Library re 1902 Elect Rolls.
Regards

Hi JM,
Thanks for your reply,  I don't have the Death Certificate.  PEART was the maiden name of the person I'm seeking.
You or Aussie mention a Jane CRISP at that address or 44  or 48 Denison Street.
I believe our first Electoral Rolls after Federation were 1903.  ...

Some commercial websites with family  trees do have  digitised 1903-4 electoral rolls  It can be breach of their T&C to look up and post here .. there was also the electoral rolls prepared in 1902 and they included females. Federation was 1 Jan 1901.  NSW state library has these rolls and 19th century ones too.

Sands directories closing date for annual publication was end of October each year, so 1900 publication was 31 Oct 1899 etc

ADD
City of Sydney archives as per my link earlier have excellent Sands digitised version NO charge search option there ... in my view much better search option to any current subscription website.
