Agree 17 Court Wharf Street but think it's U.S.D. rather than U.S.A.   U.S.D. stands for Urban Sanitary District.  Is it a snip from a certificate?  Do you know which town it was?

Ahhh that explains it, i was so confused on the birth certificate as it is a Birmingham, Warwickshire birth certificate but i thought it said U.S.A on the when and where born part.

Yes, right on the U.S.D. I just automatically saw it as U.S.A. without looking carefully.
