So no additional Christian names there to support the 1976 death. Her husband died in Leeds so it would be reasonable to assume the 1964 death is hers but as they died nearly 19yrs apart you never know whether she moved in that time
You may need to contact the church where her husband is buried to see if Ethel is also in the same grave. If the church can’t help perhaps an email to the records office? As you have her actual date of death they should be able to find details quickly
