Please help me to find parents of Charlotte Marie Delahaye (although middle initial is trancribed as A on marriage reg) born 1 Aug 1923 Tourlaville Normandie France and died 13 Jan 2015 Cornwall

As suggested - there are living children of the marriage.  Buying a copy of the marriage cert will give her fathers name

What is your connection to her as you do not appear to know her middle name which is shown on her probate entry found here

Ask for a copy of her birth certificate in France. As she was born in 1923, there is no restriction.

The last choice is Autre (Other) because none of the others fits. You're neither her direct descendant, nor a legal executor.

They will not give me a full copy only one without her parents names

Legally they should but after some checking I read that the website doesn't allow that choice, then write directly to Cherbourg
