name and address in 1841

Is there a way to search both a name and address in the 1841 census? or maybe even a directory

I am looking for anyone with the surname Varrall on the High Street in Gillingham.

I have a birth cert in 1837 for the son of my 3xGreat Grandmother and that's where he was born. So am thinking she was with family there, as she was living in Marylebone London.

It looks like the only Varrall family in Gillingham in 1841 are who I believe to be her parents, but living at Gads Hill, Gillingham not the High Street. I suppose they could have moved from 1837. I was hoping the birth cert might give a good clue, but nothing definite. I am pretty sure those are her parents. It's just nice to have something to connect it all for sure.

Medway parish records are online (if he was baptised there)

Thank you, I am pretty sure she took him back to London to be baptised. Will double check my file. He didn't survive long. Poor little guy.
