Michael Cassidy - Portstewart

Hi everyone I have come across this note in some family belongings, however I don’t know where to start in trying to trace this relative. I looked at a couple of Irish census I can’t seem to find him. Any ideas how I could track him? I’m not even sure on dates.

Do either of these two entries ring any bells?
Cassidy Hester Johnson of Rochdene Portstewart county Londonderry spinster died 11 May 1931 at Birkenhead county Chester in England Probate Belfast 14 June to Henrietta Cassidy spinster. Effects £528 7s. 3d.
Cassidy Henrietta of Portstewart county Londonderry spinster died 30 March 1950 at Bann View Hospital Coleraine county Londonderry Probate Belfast 31 August to William Mullan bank cashier and Martha Sarah Rippey spinster. Effects £2540.

Hi Aghadowey unfortunately they don’t. This name is new to me with this part of the family. My guess is it refers to the early part of the 20th Century

York Avenue is in the townland of Mullaghacall North

Unfortunately the 1911 census doesn't show any cassidys in this townland

I have also checked the valuation books and no sign of Any Cassidys on York Avenue in the 1926 - 1930 books (Image below - in case you recognize any family names on it)
