For what it's worth, which isn't very much, there were also some Mayestons in Venezuela. Gustavo Marvez Mayestón died in Maracay in 1984 so there may even still be some family members living there today.

Héctor Myerston/Mayerston/Mayeston seems to have been a fairly well known Venezuelan actor.
