Seemore Look up please
« on: Wednesday 20 June 18 11:13 BST (UK) »
Hi everyone, Im helping a friend with her tree but cannot find the parents of Caroline Seemore b 1799-1802 in Newbald, Nr Hull, Yorkshire. I think her mothers name may have been Ann, but cannot find anything else out about her either.
Caroline married in 1824 at Beverley St Martins to Wm Spivey. I can find Caroline and Wm on census`s to her death in 1864. Maybe her fathers name is on the marriage cert and any other info. If anyone can help please, I would be very grateful. Thanks

Hi
The marriage gives both of this parish bach and spinster
witnesses Charlotte Spivey and John Amersron?
William and Caroline made a cross  but the witnesses signed.

Sorry

Thank you both. This also the only info I can find. I think I will have to go to Beverley Archives and find the marriage cert. Thank for your help

It is not a marriage certificate, civil registration did not start until 1837.  Ciderdrinker has given you all the information from the church register.
