What newspaper is this picture from? Do you know? If not, perhaps the region and approximate era could help and we could dig through various archives.

There's just so much static in the picture and I want to give you the best photo possible.

It is from a local newspaper and was published some fifty or sixty years ago. I hope this helps. Sorry it was from the South Wales Argus but they do not have any photos from that time ago as they destroyed them all some years ago. They have also changed hand a few times since.
