im lookingto see if there is a picture of my great grandmother. When Elizabeth jay was born in August 1877, her father, J, was 37, and her mother, Susan, was 21. She married Francis McCaffry on September 13, 1885, in New Brunswick, Canada. They had six children in 10 years. She died as a young mother on March 9, 1907, in John Day, Oregon, at the age of 29, and was buried in Canyon City, Oregon.  she was born in cass county iowa
