Violet Dene - Actress

Hello,
       I am looking for any information regarding the actress/singer Violet Dene. I have found her on the 1891 census, described as an actress, aged 15, and born in London. The newspaper archives do reveal information regarding her many stage performances but there is nothing biographical. I can only assume that Violet Dene was her stage name. Any information about who Violet was, and what became of her would be gratefully received.

I can see Violet as an incoming passenger in 1899 from the USA. Her birth year is recorded as c.1878.

There certainly are lots of mentions in the newspapers , including in Australia in 1906/7. I found one tiny clue in the Newark Daily Advocate in September 1898 :

"E E Rice has secured for his next seasons revival ... Miss Violet Dene. Miss Dene is a younger sister of Cissy Fitzgerald.  "  Cissy Fitzgerald is with Violet on that 1891 census. It's possible following Cissy might lead somewhere.

There is this Kipping family on the 1871, it would appear that the children are being looked after by a nurse and cook (no parents).
