This might be William and Sarah in 1861, living in Booley, Shropshire

William Jones   37  Albrighton  ag lab
Sarah Jones   27  Weston Hodnet
Ann Jones   2  Stanton

and there is a Jones/Clay birth for an Ann in 1859 in Wem.

There is a birth for a Miriam Jones/Clay in 1868, so this family in 1871, living in Grinshill

William Jones   47  Preston Gurbals

Frank Jones baptised 19/12/1886 Broughton, Shropshire, son of Minnie Jones, abode Yorton.  This fits with the birth regd Dec.qtr.1886 Wem - to be sure you need the birth certificate to confirm birth date is 25th November which I  strongly suspect it is meaning he was actually born in 1886 not 1887 and was illegitimate son of Minnie Jones, presumably the 'Minna' aged 3 on 1871 census with William and Sarah.

In 1881 Miriam Jones is a servant with the Roberts family in White Horse Cottages, Middle , Shropshire. born Grinshill.  (William Roberts is a Police Officer).

There is a possible asylum entry in 1884, and discharge in same year, I think.

Cannot see Miriam in 1891, nor definite marriage or death, as yet.

Ancestry has her as Meriam in 1891, living as a relative in West Battersea?
