Klara Hiersekorn

Klara Ida Agatha Hiersekorn was born in Berlin on 7th February 1909. In 1936, in Islington, London she married Edward Alexander Collis. Klara died aged 89 in Warwickshire in late 1998. Does anyone know who her parents were?

there may ne a pointer to her mothers name - could it be the same as her firstborn Gudrun C Z   ??

They were married at St Stephen's, Gloucester Road on 2 September 1936 per a silver wedding announcement in The Times, 2 September 1961.

I can't see a marriage announcement.

Seems to me like you'll need her marriage certificate for her father's name.

Berlin directories might then allow you to work out exactly where to look (e.g. which Standesamt likely holds her birth record):
