Is anyone going to visit Beaurevoir Communal Cemetry British Extension this year?

May I ask if your query has to do with wanting a photograph of a headstone or memorial perhaps?

It is with great difficulty I share with you that in the early hours of 07 August 2021, Maximilian passed away unexpectedly but peacefully.

Sorry Sue, not going but if it had been a photo seemed a shame for you to receive no replies (so far).  Facebook??

Good luck

Hi Sue  :) there is a "Closed" Facebook group which you may wish to join / try:

"Remembering world war 1 in 2014 100 years"

Lots of people on there may be able to help or offer advice.

I shall be driving to Thiepval and Ypres later this year.
If you are thinking of going, my advice would be to book the channel crossing and accommodation as soon as you can. Because of the 100 year anniversary there will be many visitors to the WW1 sites.
