Florence/Alice moss Loughborough

Hi all I have been in touch with a fellow researcher on another site who says thinks that her gr grandmother is the sister to my gr grandmother Florence moss b1888 who m1909 to Alfred e bullock Florence disappeared around 1912 I cannot find another marriage or death cert for her,
now the lady who I've been in touch with says her gr grandmother Alice  moss b1882 says she came to Canada in 1912 but was very secretive abt her family in Loughborough this Alice though that I've got on my tree stayed in Loughborough and m William Lovett  the alice that moved to Canada had m an Arthur Reid in Loughborough but I cannot find a marriage cert for them  Alice d 1953 Canada and Arthur d 1952 Canada.
I don't really have much info on this Alice just that her parents matched with Florence Francis moss an Charlotte Barnes
Could Florence have taken Alice name what documents would she have needed back then
And how could I find out if this could be really Florence

Hope anyone can help it would be truely appreciated 😀

Have you got the marriage certificate to confirm father's name and that she was "your" Alice?

What about Alfred E Bullock - have you found a death for him.

Possibly Alfred E Bullock marries again in 1934.  I wonder if Florence died or did just disappear

This looks like the Lovett/Moss marriage

I was just looking on passenger lists. 

Assuming she reverted to maiden name Moss if the marriage broke up there is a Florence Moss spinster travelling in 1912 Liverpool to New York but can't see how old she is. 

Lot of unanswered questions with this one.
