The only way to at least confirm her father's name would be to purchase the marriage certificate.

Emeltom

Yes I agree, I should really be writing ‘if they are her parents’ and not ‘parents’.

However, I can’t see that family in 1881  :-\

That is her parents marriage, we hope, and if you look at the link I gave you, you can see that in 1871 there are children aged a few months to 18yrs.
There are then others from 1871 onwards.

There are 11 births on Lancashire BMD with Pendleton surname and mother's maiden name of Nolan or variations (Nowlan/Norrland/Noland). Eldest was Samuel, registered 1853. Last 2 were Emily (1874) and Frances Annetta (1877). If these were all children from the marriage of Samuel Pendleton and Margaret Nolan, Margaret would have been aged around 21 at Samuel's birth and 45 when Frances Annetta was born.

Edit. All except Samuel were registered in Ardwick sub district.

There are some baptisms on Manchester & Lancashire FHS website which may correspond to some of the Pendleton children in my reply #19.
1853 Samuel; 1860 Margarita (birth of a Margaret was registered 1860); 1862 Jacobus (Latin for James which was name of boy registered 1862). All baptisms at St. Augustine, Granby Row.
A Francesca Annetta was baptised at St. Chad in 1888.  :-\

Edit Re. baptism of Francesca Annetta Pendleton 1888. More likely to have been one of the babies below:
Birth registrations 1886-1888 (Lancs. BMD):
1886 Frances Annetta Pendleton, mother's maiden name Pendleton, Ardwick sub district.
1888 Frances Annetta Pendleton, mmn Smith, Ardwick sub district.
1888 Frances A. Pendleton, (no mother's maiden name given on Lancs. BMD), Saint George sub district.

Re Frances Annetta

1866 birth Frances mmn Nolan
1876 death Frances Annetta

1877 birth Frances Annetta mmn Noland
1881 death Frances Annetta

This is the death I mentioned when speculating the family’s absence from 1881 census  :-\

Frances Annetta in 1888 mmn Smith looks to be the child of Joseph
Frances A in 1888 (Annetta on GRO) looks to be the child of James.
Death of one child in 1888

The 1886 child mmn Pendleton could be illegitimate.
Death in 1886.

Those names were certainly significant in that family.

Still no Dinah though so looks like you will need the birth certificate to confirm.

It is the right family.

Margaret Elizabeth born 1870 mentioned earlier.
Manchester Catholic Records index shows her as Godmother to Joseph Foley, 1899.
http://mlfhs.org.uk/data/catholic_search.php

Mother of Joseph Foley baptised 1899 was Dinah Pendleton. Baptisms of 2 other sons are listed.

I posted that as I thought that would help to confirm the family as we have Dinah marrying James Foley in first post.
However, as Paul had some doubt about the family, he might wish to get the certificates to establish her parentage.
I wish she would turn up in 1881 with her family  ::)

Was Margaret Nolan/Pendleton born in England or Ireland? Her father, Daniel Nolan sounds Irish. Just a thought that the family may have gone on a visit to Ireland and that might explain them not being on an English census.
Census transcriptions of my ancestors called Dinah or Diana include Daniel and something really odd for one of a later generation.
