registering a death 1873

Was it usual for the  death  to be registered before the body could be buried at this time 1873?

Burial 4th Feb
When Registered   14th Feb.
Not the same order as the other death certificates I have.

Another difference
Cause of death  Unknown  Not certified.

If a anyone carried out a burial for which the Certificate ( that the Death has been duly registered) had not been made and delivered, as the 1836 act required, either by the Registrar or Coroner, they had to give notice  to the Registrar within Seven Days, if they did not they were liable to a fine not exceeding ten Pounds.

Should there be any notes on the dc to show that notice had been given of the burial?
The burial service was conducted by the Rector.
