Having trouble deciphering a particular word in cause of death

Hi all,

I've managed to translate most of the causes of death for this person with the exception of just one word. Can anyone please help?

Cause of Death 1. a)Hemiplegia b)Cerebral Thrombosis c)...... Sclerosis and mytocondrial?? degeneration  2. Senility.
