Hoping someone can decipher this cause of death please?

Thanks Pauline,

That's the only part I was pretty sure of although spleen I wasn't too sure.

The writing is appalling (in my book)!

Think it says carcinoma of Mediastinum - the space between lungs with sternum at front and spine at back.

Google 'mediastinum/al cancer.'

Lungs spleen and liver are correct I think.  Can't read third line -    Still trying to get it.

Thanks Wiggy,

Would never have got 'Mediastinum'!

I thought the 1st letter was an 'H', he couldn't have squashed the lettering any closer together  ::)
