Keep in mind that a LOT of Americans have ancestors whose surnames were changed [often radically so] when they immigrated to North America so their descendants really have little idea of what their original names were and where they came from.

A letter and other 20th Century correspondence emailed to me, indicates that another line from my direct ancestor born England, UK, changed his middle name from Arundle to Arrington for some purposes only, in the US.

Oh and I feel ethnicity % is far too general for the Family Historian.

Everyone in the whole world would need to be DNA tested (and all results included and in a workable computer program), so these current ethnicity percentages given, will be liable to change.
