Someone on Family Search, genealogical records confidently states his date of birth to be 7 Jan 1908 at Kings Norton, Birmingham, which is a long way from Godstone where  the other children were born. Is it at all possible that he was adopted and name changed? I do not know  how that would be reflected in BDM  records.

As far as I'm concerned, "boy" could be

* the (acknowledged) off-spring of another relationship (of George snr).
* (example) the disabled, and un-wanted,  off-spring of their marriage
* the off-spring of (one of) his (George snr) relations
* something completely different

When OP returns then maybe we'll further the assistance?

Hello
There is a George Percival Lintott listed on the myheritage site with wife Evelyn Hannah Lock but says he died in 1972, doesn't say where.

Tizzy-there is a note on your profile which says " I'm sorry but my email address is no longer working"

Does that mean that you are not being notified that we have all posted here with suggestions to help you?

It would probably be a good idea to check out your profile and amend it.

Can anyone see this family leaving England

There’s an arrival per Ceramic, Fremantle, 16 April 1920 of a Mrs E.H.  And a Mr G Lintott but I don’t see the children!
Weirdly mr G is A.I.F.  And Mrs E.H. Is AIF dependent .  They are in separate parts of the list.
