Image Identification
« on: Sunday 01 July 18 15:47 BST (UK) »
The images are attributed to a Spokane Washington photographer and a Snohomish photographer.

I know three brothers in the Pope family went west from Ontario, Canada to Washington state about 1886 and all three were   in Snohomish County, Washington 1 Jan 1889 based on a dated portrait.  One man stayed in western US and Canada and we know he worked on railroad bridges

Are you trying to identify the photographer or the bridge?

The bridge might have been the Monroe Street bridge which was first built in 1889 and apparently burned down a year later.
