The link I posted is still working fine.  I checked it before I posted, and I have just checked it now.  I have very few Vic BDM registrations, but I have checked and I can access the index giving me the info.  I have NOT tried the purchase option today, ... I purchased the images many years ago.

I have just cleared my cookies. It is now working. Hopefully, it will continue to work. Had the same problem on both my computer and ipad. Kept on getting a work in progress for scheduled maintenance message.I have never had that problem before.
